For more than a decade, I've been a part of the tech industry, where I've consistently emphasized the value of a customer-first approach. My 13+ years of experience have allowed me to strategize and execute initiatives that propel customer retention and drive revenue. As a result, I've come to be known for inspiring and leading the charge towards customer-centric growth.


From being named the 2023 Customer Success Leader of the Year to being recognized as one of the Top 100 CS Strategists in 2021, my track record reflects my deep commitment to the field of Customer Success. As a member of Success in Black, a founding member of RevRoom, and an advisor to many, my journey has always been about giving back to the industry that I love.
